The subconscious mind drives most of our behavior, which means that lasting change rarely happens through thinking alone.
When the mind and body are not aligned, it can feel like you are constantly fighting yourself.
Your nervous system may still be operating from patterns that don’t support change. It can show up as fight/flight (overthinking, urgency, burnout), freeze (procrastination, low energy, avoidance), or a lack of connection to what you’re trying to build.
When your system is in these states, it’s hard to stay consistent — even if you know exactly what to do.
Somatic coaching focuses on helping your nervous system shift out of these patterns so change begins to feel more natural and sustainable.
